Plans are in the works to get The Rib Doctor on as many store shelves as we can.  Local grocers like to hear directly from their customers about their wants and needs.  Please contact your favorite store and let them know you want The Rib Doctor.  In between time feel free to purchase from our online store.

We ship all orders within the continental US via USPS. Currently we do not ship outside of the continental US.

Orders generally ship within 2 to 3 business days of receipt Monday through Thursday.   Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed within 2 business days of receipt the following week.  The date you receive your order from us depends upon your location.

We have a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 for purchases up to $59.99, shipping is free for purchases exceeding $60.00.  This fee is subject to change without notice.

We do not accept returns on consumable items.  We only grant refunds for items damaged at the time of delivery.  Items must have been purchased from ribdoctor.com to receive a refund.  Please Contact Us if you received a damaged product purchased from ribdoctor.com
